Blundercheck brings real money to the board at Gamecon. Four rounds of Game/20 with a 5-second delay means fast, decisive chess at the library!. Whether you're looking to improve your rating, playing your first tournament, or going for the cash, there's a section for you and prizes waiting!

Two Sections:

Rated Section — USCF Quick rated. A current USCF membership is required and is not included in the entry fee. Memberships are available at uschess.org.

Casual Section — Unrated. Open to players who are unrated or under 1000. No USCF membership needed.

Register online at blundercheckchessclub.com, or walk up on event day.  Cash, cards, and most digital payments accepted.

Prize Fund:  $200 based on 16 entries. Each section's prize fund is set by the number of players in that section:

Prize amounts increase proportionally beyond 16 players. Your prize level locks in when registration closes and is never reduced afterward.

Ties split the cash for the places involved, equally. A section with fewer than 4 entries will be merged; affected players may switch sections or take a full refund.
