Ever get lost in a sea of checks and captures, or go "oh no!" 3 moves into a stunning combination?
Starting September 14th, we'll spend 4 focused weeks learning chess calculation. Classes will start with brief instruction on mental skills to project forward with precision, together with training methods to grow our calculation "muscles."
The course is structured for advanced beginners who have some tactical patterns under their belt, through to tournament players around ~1700 USCF. We'll have multiple sets of puzzles for self-selected difficulty and plenty of time to practice together with our chess friends. Hope you can make it!
